Rob is a founding partner of Duffin & Hash, LLP. A 1989 graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and 1992 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, Rob worked briefly for a general practice law firm in Mooresville, obtaining experience in a multitude of areas. Rob joined Jennings & Associates, P.C. in October 1992, where he was named a partner in 2001. Rob has several years of experience as primary counsel on a variety of cases, and has served as counsel on numerous jury trials and arbitrations.
Rob was also an officer in the Indiana Army National Guard for 14 years, ending his service in 1999. The majority of Rob’s military service was as an air defense artillery officer. He also served as a military intelligence officer, and was an honor graduate of the Air Defense Artillery Officer’s Basic Course; Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense Course; Military Intelligence Transition Course; and Military Intelligence Officer Advance Course.
Rob’s practice focuses on civil litigation and assisting clients with export regulation compliance issues.
