Duffin & Hash, LLP was established by the firm’s current partners, Ryan Duffin and Robert Hash, in October 2001.  We have experienced steady growth attributable to providing high quality service at a reasonable cost while adhering to high professional standards and commitment to excel in the results provided to clients. We take great pride in creating open and easily accessible lines of communication with clients, fellow attorneys and courts. 

The firm represents a variety of clients in a vast array of disputes and circumstances.  We represent plaintiffs and defendants alike, but the general litigation practice is primarily focused on insurance litigation and defending damage suits throughout the state. The firm members specialize in the defense of personal injury suits, including product liability, automobile, premises liability, and related insurance coverage matters, but also handle a variety of matters for individuals and business owners who wish to pursue claims.

Our attorneys also provide practical advice and guidance on a wide range of business law matters, including business entity formation and financing, corporate governance concerns, director and officer responsibilities, the development of business plans and strategic planning, estate planning, and labor and employment issues.
